Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays
A slow paced, breath focused practice with an emphasis on centering and self-discovery. Beginner friendly. Nourishing for the body, mind and spirit. Bring your own yoga mat. Try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before 5:30pm. Note: The location is in on the second floor of the PESTOUT building and there are no signs.
