Life Temple Club is a nonprofit wellness community dedicated to nurturing physical and mental well-being through holistic practices, exclusively for its members. Operating as an integrated auxiliary of Life Temple, this private club offers activities such as meditation, yoga, and wellness programs to foster personal health and community connection within a supportive, members-only environment.
Membership opens the door to two distinct organizations under the same umbrella: Life Temple, a spiritual organization, and Life Temple Club, a wellness-focused private club. Both operate on a donation-based model, enabling you to engage with either — or both — in a way that aligns with your personal journey, while your support helps nurture our shared vision.

Club Community Cost
There is no required fee for membership, but the Club operates entirely on donations. Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Terms of Service Agreement: Life Temple/Club Membership Agreement
By accessing the Club’s resources, including the events calendar, members acknowledge the membership agreement, which establishes a reasonable standard of mutual respect, personal responsibility, and discretion. This ensures the protection of both its members and the organization, while maintaining the privacy of the Club’s activities.

Life Temple/Club Membership Agreement
Below are the terms of the Life Temple/Club Membership Agreement to safeguard our collective experience:
Private Capacity:
Membership in the Life Temple Club is undertaken in a private capacity and not as a representative or agent of any organization or government body.
Age and Capacity:
I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and enter this agreement with a sound and clear mind, free from any impairment that might hinder my understanding or participation.
Personal Responsibility:
I accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being while engaging with Life Temple Club activities. Participation in activities, whether in person or virtual, involves certain risks, and I assume responsibility for any injury—physical, emotional, or psychological—that may arise.
Privacy and Respect:
I agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal information, discussions, and experiences shared during Life Temple Club activities. I will honor the privacy and integrity of the Club’s members and its sacred space.
Limitation of Liability:
The Life Temple Club, its representatives, affiliates, the landlord or property owner, and other members are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in events and activities. This limitation does not apply to harm caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or actions prohibited by law.
Mutual Release Among Members:
I release and waive any claims against other members for conduct during Life Temple Club activities, except in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or unlawful actions. This clause fosters a safe and respectful community by encouraging members to address conflicts collaboratively.
Indemnification:
I accept responsibility for any harm, loss, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, negligence, or breach of this agreement during participation in Life Temple Club activities. This includes covering reasonably foreseeable costs or damages caused by my conduct to the organization, its representatives, the landlord or property owner, or other members.
No Guarantees or Warranties:
The Life Temple Club does not guarantee specific outcomes, benefits, or experiences from membership or participation in its activities.
Binding Arbitration Clause:
Any disputes or claims related to this agreement will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will follow the rules of a recognized arbitration association, with fees shared equally. Both parties waive their rights to a jury trial or class action.
Severability Clause:
If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. If a critical clause, such as the limitation of liability, is invalidated, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to amend the agreement accordingly.
