Try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before 5:30pm. Note: The location is in on the second floor of the PESTOUT building and there are no signs.

Our Vinyasa 2 yoga class provides intermediate to advanced level instruction in dynamic pose sequences synchronized with breath, offering modifications for practitioners to progress from beginner to intermediate levels while exploring advanced poses and sequences. *suggested donation: $10
