Grief Workshop

November 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Grief is the experience of losing someone or something valuable to us.
It is okay to grieve as much as you need to, whether you’ve lost a job, a beloved pet, or someone you love. The end of a relationship, whether it was your choice or not, can feel like losing a part of your life or even your identity.
Loss is a part of life, and we experience it in many different ways. But how often do we talk about it with friends or family? Sometimes, death can be a difficult topic to bring up, even though it is something we will all eventually face.
Although it may be a challenging topic, we will explore it together in a gentle and supportive space.
I’ll share practical techniques that you can take home and use not only to process your emotions around grief, but also to release stress in your everyday life.
Text 757-254-4305 (Manami Workman) to reserve your spot by Nov 2 (Mon).
