Meditation Sunday

Join us for a peaceful gathering to connect inward and reflect together in meditation. Each session is guided by the current energy of the world — sometimes focusing on healing for the community or offering compassion to global events.
We begin with a soothing gong and crystal bowl sound bath to clear stagnant energy and open space for deeper stillness. Afterward, we ease into a meditative state to center ourselves and restore balance.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort during the sound bath.
