DESCRIPTION:Our weekly Sunday morning meditation gathering provides a supportive group setting for stillness and inner connection. \nThe session begins with calming breathing exercises\, followed by a 20-minute silent meditation. We then open the floor for blessings\, expressions of gratitude\, manifestation goals\, and shared insights. On occasion\, inspirational or spiritual readings aligned with Life Temple principles are offered. \nPracticing stillness together strengthens individual meditation habits and deepens the power of the blessings that follow. Uplifting and harmonizing the mind and body is key to elevating consciousness and living your best life.
